We love to see you! Select this option at check out and you will be notified when your item is ready, items are typically ready within 1 hour of you placing your order during business hour. If you haven't received a notification of your order being ready and are heading our way - call us or text and we will have it ready!

STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY

Thank you for supporting our local Pittsburgh business! All returns are for store credit or exchange, and are not returnable after the 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/damage-free and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the tags attached, with no signs of wear.

EXCEPTIONS:

• Sale items are final sale.

• Special occasion items are final sale, including baptism, first communion, flower girl, and all special orders.

• Holiday/novelty items can not be returned after the holiday.

• Lula Women’s Boutique/Lullabye Landing are not responsible for items damaged in the wash

If you are unhappy with your purchase, within 14 days of your online purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or give you store credit for the amount you paid. 

No credit card refunds will be given.

MAILING A RETURN BACK:

You can either ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose, or contact us to provide a prepaid shipping label. Email lulapgh@gmail.com with the subject RETURN.

$8 return label cost will be deducted from your store credit using the prepaid label. If you are shipping an item without our label, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Holiday items including clothing, pajamas, toys, accessories, and novelty items are not able to be returned after the holiday has passed. We have the right to refuse a return of an item that we deem as a holiday item.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
